Los Angeles is a town filled with creative people looking for an experienced product photographer, and as such, I am often called upon to shoot custom jewelry. This beads in this necklace involved varying opacities, ranging from translucent to opaque. This necklace also included a dangling tassel. The jewelry designer wanted me to shoot this necklace on a white background as well as on a model. Laying out the necklace actually took quite some time, as we tried numerous different setups before settling on one that would look best on a web site.
